Parliament "Mint" Neal (she/they) is a communications strategist at Vanguard Archives Consulting.

 

Mint's expertise is in telling and sharing compelling, human-centered stories across diverse channels and content, as an omni-channel brand, communications, and marketing leader with over 12 years of hands-on and executive experience.  She comes from a comprehensive, full-stack marketing strategy and execution background, having served as VP and senior marketing lead for national and global nonprofits and brands.

Mint contributes to Vanguard work through overseeing branding and communications development, including digital and design leadership, and consulting on communications and marketing elements of projects for clients, supporting their ability to define and promote the stories they want to tell. ​
